The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt intact, without removing the anti-theft tag, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and boxes). They must be stored and used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their condition, characteristics, and size, using normal diligence. There must be no signs of wear or dirt, and care must be taken to avoid leaving traces of makeup and/or fragrances, in compliance with the conditions set out below. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, washed, repaired, and/or modified.
For a return to be possible, the product must be intact, clean, odorless, with the anti-theft tag removed, and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, tags, seals, etc.);
The Customer must return the goods at his own expense using any traceable shipping service, enclosing the return form found at the bottom of the page inside the package.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products for which the customer has requested customization or to returns made more than 14 days after receiving the goods. In this case, the company may decide independently whether to refuse the return or, in exceptional cases, issue a voucher valid for 12 months.
REIMBURSEMENT
As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Office will carry out the appropriate checks. If the outcome is positive, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the return and the refund process.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the goods using the same payment method used to place the order. For those who chose cash on delivery, refunds will be made via bank transfer (the bank details should be included on the return form included in the package).
Please also remember that the time it takes to obtain a refund depends on your credit institution's internal procedures.
RETURN FOR FAILED OR WRONG PRODUCT
TOPTREND is committed to providing quality products and services. If, for any reason, you encounter any defects in materials or workmanship in the product you purchased, please contact our Customer Service team , who will be happy to assist you as soon as possible.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or any type of improper maintenance of the product.
PRODUCT CHANGE
If you exchange an item for any reason, return shipping is free. You'll receive the return label and/or pickup information directly in your account once you've started the return process.
RETURNS FOR PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES
In the case of orders placed during promotions that include discounts linked to the purchase of multiple items (for example โ30% discount when you buy 2 dressesโ), any partial returns will result in the value of the retained items being recalculated .
In particular:
If one or more returned items invalidate the promotion conditions (e.g. one of the two dresses purchased with the 30% discount is returned), the discount can no longer be applied .
The price of the withheld product will then be updated to the original full price , and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Practical example:
If two dresses worth โฌ200 each were purchased with the โ-30% on 2 dressesโ promotion (total โฌ280), and the customer decides to return one of the two, the refund will be โฌ80, since the retained dress will return to the full price of โฌ200.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?
Log in to your account by clicking the little man icon in the top right, or on the mobile version, open the drop-down menu and click Account (or CLICK HERE ). Follow the instructions and log in, select the order you wish to return, and start the process by clicking the REQUEST RETURN button.
Customer Service will approve your return request and send you instructions on how to complete the return process.
